What makes our products special?

For over 19 years, we have been offering only the finest in chocolate, food and candy packaging, providing our clients with long-lasting impressions and scrumptious flavors.  We are repeatedly recognized for the high quality of our chocolates, truffles and personalized service.

Can I order samples?

Yes! You may receive free samples by completing the “Sample Form” HERE.

What is the shelf life of your products & how do I store them?

You will find the exact shelf life of each item on the Product Description section of the particular product. Chocolate does not need to be refrigerated, in fact, we recommend storing it at room temperature below 80 F away from direct sunlight & heating units. All other packaged items, such as, cookies, popcorn, candies & mints, must be stored in a dry, cool place.

What is your turnaround time?

The turnaround time depends on the products that you are interested in. Our regular turnaround time is between 5-7 business days. However, some items require a little extra time. If you are under a deadline, please reach out to and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship outside the US?

We do! Please be aware that each country has different regulations when it comes to having food products shipped into the country. Please check the specific regulations for your shipping destination & provide us with your own FEDEX or UPS account.

What shipping methods are available?

We ship all orders with UPS or FEDEX. If you have your own shipping account with FEDEX or UPS, you can provide it to us & we can ship the order under your account. Our shipping options include: Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air & Local Pick Up. We do not charge for using your account.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that will contain your tracking details. Please ensure you provide an accurate e-mail address during checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We gladly accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal. You can safely enter your credit card information via our secure server online. If you prefer to pay with a business check, you must place your order over the phone & your check must be confirmed in order to start production.

Do you offer any discounts on your items?

Yes we do! Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Sign Up HERE to be on our Mailing List to stay current with our sales discounts & promotions. We also offer discounts based on the product quantity you order.

How can I change my order?

If you notice an error or missing information after submitting your online order, please contact us immediately and we will make every attempt to make the correction. After your artwork proof has been approved by you, any additional changes may incur in extra fees. If the shipping address you provided needs to be changed, please contact us ASAP to request the change.

Are your products Kosher?

Most of our chocolate products are Kosher certified. Refer to each product description for Kosher certification.

Do you charge for design services?

We are pleased to offer complimentary design service. Our in-house design team can do everything for you when it comes to designing your custom masterpiece. From concept to layout to your final completed design, our talented designers are here to help.

Is the printing full color?

We offer high digital printing in full color.  If you have PMS colors, please provide the numbers & our digital press will match them closely.
